Elena Moreno DuranSocio Administrativo y Urbanístico

Graduate in Law from the University of Barcelona (1993). Master in Town planning direction (2003), master conflict mediation (ICAB 2013). Member of the Barcelona's Attorneys Association BAR (2007). Member of the governing council of Barcelona's Attorneys Association BAR (2009-2013), and actual secretary of the corporation. Responsable for the areas of advising, regulations and mediation (2011). Member of the Electoral board of Barcelona’s area (2007-2016).

She started her career in 1995 with the lawyer Eduard Sòria Badia, joining afterwards the law firm Rabionet i Associats, in the Public Law area.

In 2000 she joined the firm Villena Associats, being in charge of the external advise and defense of Barcelona’s town council.

In October 2001 she joined the international firm Deloitte & Touche, as consultant for the Public Law, town planning and real estate area, working directly with the partner responsible for the area Mr. Carlos Pardo Yuste.

In September 2005 she joins the firm Villena Associats, as partner being in charge of the external advice and defense of Badalona’s town council (2005-2008), assuming the legal direction of the judicial process. She also acts as lawyer of the Presidential Departament of the Generalitat of Catalunya as collaborator for express appointments.

In may 2012 she joins Acordia ACR, as partner responsible for the Public and town planning law area of the firm.
