Elena Hernández Guerra
Graduate in Psychology from the University of Barcelona. Degree in Forensic Psychology, COPC. Training in Good Practices in Forensic Interview, COPC. Postgraduate in Clinical Psychology, Fundació Vidal i Barraquer. Postgraduate in Human Resources Management, UOC.
She develops her work as a therapist within the field of the family, minors, teenagers and adults, specializing in damage repair processes and trauma evaluation and treatment from its different conceptions: PTSD, complex trauma and developmental trauma.
Her orientation towards the integral and inclusive development of the person has led her to collaborate in various social and professional projects aimed at young people and adults at risk of exclusion, carrying out therapeutic, training and job placement interventions.
She performs expert reports in the criminal, family, civil and labour forensic. The priorities in her work have been and are to offer a service based on knowledge, experience, ethics and respect for the person.
Her professional career was initially linked to HR management and corporate coaching, which has given her a comprehensive vision of intervention with people, including her professional insertion and personal autonomy.
